What You’ll Do
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Plan and oversee the daily schedule of screw pile installations, ensuring efficient coordination between clients, staff, and contractors.
- Manage logistics for materials, equipment, and machinery to guarantee projects run smoothly and on schedule.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the Screw Pile Installation (SPI) team, conducting performance reviews, mentoring team members, and organizing training to foster growth.
Quality & Compliance:
- Uphold industry standards by implementing and monitoring WHS protocols, ensuring compliance on all job sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including certifications and compliance reports, for all projects.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, project managers, and site supervisors.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and team members, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
- Report on KPIs and project efficiencies during morning operations meetings, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for process enhancement to boost operational performance and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Operations Experience: Background in operations management within construction, geotechnical, or related fields.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, lead, and manage teams effectively.
- Project Management Expertise: Skilled in coordinating multiple projects, with a focus on quality and safety.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations (WHS, ISO, etc.).
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
