The Role

This is a sales support-focused estimating role sitting at the heart of our customer journey. You’ll be the critical link between our clients and our sales team — turning site plans and customer enquiries into accurate, compelling quotes that win work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in getting the numbers right.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing accurate and timely quotes and proposals for residential and commercial screw piling projects
  • Reviewing architectural drawings, site plans, and engineering specifications to determine project requirements
  • Responding promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Liaising with builders, owner-builders, contractors, and certifiers to clarify scope and site conditions
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system (quotes, communications, project status)
  • Coordinating with operations and installation crews to ensure quoted scope is achievable
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and flagging leads to the wider sales team
  • Supporting the National Sales Manager with reporting, pipeline tracking, and market feedback

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in estimating, sales support, or a customer-facing role within the construction industry
  • Ability to read and interpret residential construction drawings and site plans
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills — phone, email, and interdepartmental
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Pipedrive)
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage a busy quote pipeline

Desirable:

  • Experience in screw piling, civil, or residential foundations
  • Familiarity with Australian building standards and residential construction processes
