We’re a leading supplier of geotechnical testing and screw piling services to the residential building industry, and we’re expanding fast. We’re on the lookout for an Admin and Accounts person who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

Position Overview

In this multifaceted role, you will provide essential support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to management
  • Reconciling invoices, accounts payable and receivable, and statements
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures
  • Managing front-office operations, including customer enquiries and phone calls
  • Performing general administrative duties as required

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • A proactive approach and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in MYOB (mandatory)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency
  • Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
  • Strong customer service and interoffice relationship management
