The Role

We are looking for a Construction Estimator – Screw Piling to join our growing team at IdealCorp. This is a sales support-focused estimating role positioned at the centre of our customer journey.

You will act as the key link between our clients and internal teams — transforming site plans and enquiries into accurate, competitive quotes that win projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in precision, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing accurate and timely quotes for residential and commercial screw piling projects
• Reviewing architectural drawings, site plans, and engineering specifications to assess project requirements
• Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Liaising with builders, contractors, owner-builders, and certifiers to clarify scope and site conditions
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM (quotes, pipeline, communications, project status)
• Coordinating with operations and installation teams to ensure feasibility of quoted work
• Identifying upsell opportunities and supporting lead conversion
• Assisting the National Sales Manager with reporting, pipeline tracking, and market insights

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Experience in estimating, sales support, or customer-facing roles within the construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret residential construction drawings and site plans
• Strong attention to detail with high numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume quote pipeline

Desirable

• Experience in screw piling, civil construction, or residential foundations
• Knowledge of Australian building standards and construction processes
