Your Impact

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing Geotechnical operations, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing processes, maintaining compliance, and continuously improving performance. What You’ll be Do:

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate daily and weekly geotechnical site schedules.
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and field staff to ensure efficient time and resource management.
  • Allocate personnel, vehicles, and equipment for site visits.

Admin, Job Creation & Invoicing

  • Set up new jobs in our system with accurate data entry.
  • Track job progress and follow through to invoicing completion.
  • Ensure smooth flow of documentation and communication across departments.

Quality, Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation: job packs, test logs, and compliance certificates.
  • Support WHS standards and assist with internal audits or recordkeeping.
  • Generate and present KPIs and weekly performance reports in team meetings.

Customer Service & Team Support

  • Act as the key liaison between clients and engineers to manage expectations and logistics.
  • Provide prompt updates and support for project stakeholders.
  • Jump in to support the operations and admin teams when things get busy.
