What You’ll Do

• Conduct site investigations and collect soil samples across diverse job sites.
• Operate advanced field equipment like drill machines and nuclear gauges.
• Work hands-on with heavy machinery and compaction tools.
• Assist in screw pile installations and collaborate with manufacturing processes.
• Partner with our in-house lab to analyse soil samples.
• Drive continuous improvement and share innovative ideas for success.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid manual car driver’s license (essential).
• A mechanically minded problem-solver with hands-on experience.
• Strong English communication skills and laser-sharp attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic self-starters ready to tackle new challenges.
• White Card required; prior soil or WHS experience is a bonus.
