We are seeking a Excavator Offsider to join our dynamic team. The role involves learning to operating excavators, trucks, and other machinery to install screw piers on-site while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and physically capable full-time Excavator Offsider to support our excavation operations. This role offers the potential for career advancement, including training to become an Excavator Operator & Truck Driver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation of excavation equipment and support the excavation team on-site.
• Perform manual labour related to excavation and site preparation.
• Handle and transport materials to and from the site.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and ensure tools and machinery are in good working order.
• Travel to various job sites as required.

Selection Criteria:

• Own transport is essential.
• Manual car driver’s license required.
• Strong physical ability and stamina.
• Good English communication skills.
• Hands-on, mechanically minded, and able to troubleshoot on the go.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated achievement in any field or role is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
• White Card (advantageous but not essential).
• Experience with excavation or construction work (not essential).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel (not essential).
