Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Screw Pile Operator to join our dynamic team. The role involves operating excavators, trucks, and other machinery to install screw piers on-site while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Excavator Operations: Install screw piles, pre-drill holes, and transport materials as needed.
- Precision Work: Interpret site plans for accurate pier placement and monitor installation for quality assurance.
- Documentation: Record and report pier depths, torque readings, and site assessments promptly.
- Maintenance: Perform daily machinery checks and routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience operating excavators, trucks, and other construction machinery
- Strong understanding of site plans and installation processes
- Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow documentation protocols
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to evolving business needs
- Valid driver’s license and relevant operator certifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
