We’re looking for an SPI Operations Coordinator to be the engine room behind our screw pile installations.

You’ll be the one keeping jobs moving—scheduling crews, coordinating gear, dealing with clients, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This role sits right in the middle of operations. You’ll work with crews, clients, manufacturing, and management to make sure every job runs smoothly, safely, and profitably.

What you’ll be doing

• Locking in schedules and coordinating screw pile installations
• Keeping Seratec dialled in and up to date
• Organising crews, machines, and hire gear so jobs don’t miss a beat
• Preparing and sending out job paperwork and POs
• Tracking materials and making sure nothing goes missing
• Working closely with manufacturing on stock, welding, and inventory
• Making sure all job documentation is complete and closed out properly
• Managing variations and making sure we get paid for the work we do
• Supporting clients and building solid working relationships
• Keeping on top of KPIs, reporting, and daily operations
